So I tried it on my end and got the same result, but when I went into the filezilla log files, it shows as done successfully So then I tried creating a share for this folder and linking it to the users ftp profile, but again it showed no content. Then I went on the server which houses this directory, check the permissions of that folder, and compared to to one of the folders that he could access, and all of the permissions were exactly the same. So first thing I checked his settings on the filezilla server, all of the settings were correct. He was able to before but now is unable too.
